About me
Accredited Practising Dietitian, Counsellor, and Eating Disorder Clinician, I bring over 20 years of experience in both clinical practice and mental health. My supervision and mentoring services are grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep understanding of the emotional complexities that come with working. in this field.
My Approach
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where practitioners can reflect, grow, and feel supported—professionally and personally. Whether you're navigating the challenges of early career practice, working through difficult cases, or managing the emotional toll of caring for others, supervision can be a vital anchor. It helps prevent burnout, fosters clinical confidence, and strengthens ethical and reflective practice.
Why we should work together
What makes my supervision unique is the integration of lived experience, counselling frameworks, and a strong grasp of both nutrition and psychological theory. I deeply understand the dual demands of working in eating disorder care—from weight-inclusive nutrition to trauma-informed, person-centred approaches. My sessions are tailored, collaborative, and grounded in mutual respect.
This is a space for honest reflection, skill-building, and staying connected to your purpose as a clinician
