Supporting Your Family Through Every Bite

Is your child avoiding certain foods, eating very little, or becoming anxious during mealtimes? These behaviors may indicate Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). At Stepping Stones with Helen Dean, we are here to help you understand what is happening and provide you with practical, compassionate support.

PARDI-AR-Q: A Helpful First Step

This quick questionnaire is intended for parents and carers. It helps identify behaviours and signs that may be associated with ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). It takes only a few minutes to complete and can help you determine if your child may benefit from further support.
