About the event

You might be wondering…
Is this just fussy eating – or something more?

This online parent group will help you understand ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), how it shows up in children and adolescents – especially those who are neurodivergent, and what helps without making things worse.

Led by Helen Dean (Accredited Practising Dietitian & Registered Counsellor), this group combines nutrition, psychology and practical family strategies in a warm, non-judgemental space.
