A small, supportive 5-week group for young people
aged 12–17 with ARFID
ARFID Connect is a small, supportive online/in-person group for young people with ARFID. It’s a chance to meet others who get it, feel less alone, and build confidence around food, sensory challenges, anxiety and everyday life with ARFID.
