Sometimes the sentence that worries a parent the most is only six words long.
"She says she's not hungry."
"His lunchbox comes home full every day."
"We thought she'd grow out of it."
Over the years, I've met hundreds of children, teenagers and families. While every story is unique, many of the worries, fears and questions are surprisingly familiar.
This series shares fictionalised stories inspired by common situations I've seen throughout my career. Every story has been changed to protect privacy, but each reflects the real experiences of families trying to make sense of food, anxiety, growth, eating disorders and everyday life.
My hope is simple: that you might recognise something earlier, feel a little less alone, and know that support is available.
