Many families are told that children will "grow out of it", but for some children eating difficulties can cause stress, anxiety, nutritional concerns and impact family life.


In this session, we'll cover:

  • What is typical picky eating?

  • What is ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)?

  • How to recognise the differences between picky eating and ARFID Common signs and red flags
