  • We provide counselling and support to cultivate a more positive body image. This incudes: working on self-compassion; challenging negative thoughts; mindful eating and positive self-talk.
  • Helen specialises in exposure therapy.

Helen provides 1:1 counselling; family therapy and couple therapy in all areas of nutrition, specialising in eating disorders; disordered eating; anxiety and depression; relationship issues; social isolation- she also has a passion for working with individuals with autism and ADHD. 
Family Therapy
Helen works closely with families to help support and improve family dynamics and communication during recovery. Helen will work to: reduce conflict, increase motivation for change and a positive family environment Work to improve communication and conflict management skills.
